We believe we are here to love others. God's greatest command is that we love one another. 

During the year, we demonstrate this by regularly collecting food for our local food pantry--Community Sharing, we host an annual Party in the Park which includes a backpack giveaway & free fun day for families in our community, we participate in the Downtown Trick or Treat with a large booth with carnival games and prizes, we set up the tents for the annual Cottage Grove Christmas Block Party and provide free soup & bread, hot cocoa & cider, fire pits & Christmas carols for our town.  We always finish the season with a special Christmas Eve Candlelight service that is open to all.
